Who we are
We ensure that our customer’s choice and requirements are explained and understood by all the employees of SLS Rotogravure to ensure everyone working the project is on the same panel. Sls rotogravure delivers products keeping customer specific needs in mind. We ensure quality assurance of every product by PDCA process i.e. Plan, Do, Check, Act process is followed for each delivery. Following points are always checked for the quality excellence:
Centralized communication system
Expert analysis of electroplating baths for Nickel, Copper and Chrome.
Accuracy check of copper& chrome hardness of each cylinder
Cell Parameters i.e. width, wall and depth is checked for each cylinder ensuring correct reproducibility and uniformity.
Thorough and identical image of each cylinder is checked and proof with the master sample/artwork before the dispatch.
To avoid any destruction in transit every cylinder is carefully packed.
