Our Process
DESIGNING
Our in house designers’ uses specialised application to create and design based on your needs. Colour and theme management is being done to ensure the perfect blend on concept and colours. After the several tests for colour separation, auto tapping, resolution etc. the design is checked for the digital proof.
PRE PRESS
The designs are created and checked to ensure they are as per the demand of prints. Mapping is done for the colour combinations and designs for quality end result. Perfection at the time to pre press is ensured to avoid wastage.
COPPER PLATING
Superb quality copper (as per the industry specifications) is used for plating of the cylinders. We ensure all the consignments are checked for the quality before used on the cylinders. We are focussed on best quality copper plating of the cylinders.
COPPER POLISHING
Post the plating comes polishing of the copper. We have machines from across the globe to ensure the superior quality. Consistency in copper polishing ensures the durability of cylinders.
ENGRAVING
After polishing of copper we engrave the designs on the cylinders with the use of imported machines. Our machines ensures that each segment of design is engraved entirely for perfect designs.
CHROME PLATING
Chrome plating is very important step as the quality of chrome will directly become the durability factor of your cylinder. Here we ensure the quality chrome is being used and the thickness is appropriate as per standards of market.
PROFFING
Final step before the cylinder is delivered is Proofing. We proof check the prints to ensure the digital design and the end result are completely same and there is zero error. Here we take out multiple prints and end products quality is checked with high resolution devices. Once the proofing is cleared we deliver your finished product.
